I cannot recommend WED2B Bromley highly enough. From the moment I arrived ladies at the shop were warm, kind and endlessly patient with my requests and expectations. Big thank you to Faye, she helped me truly visualise each option, trying different sleeves and thoughtful ways to cover my arms because I was set on sleeves. She listened to my dislike of lace and never pushed styles I didn’t want. With calm confidence and clear expertise, Faye gently encouraged me to try styles I hadn’t considered. When she suggested an elegant A-line, my idea of the “perfect” dress began to change, a completely different look than I’d imagined suddenly felt right. Then my sister’s “wild card” pick was brought out; I was certain it wouldn’t suit me, but it turned out to be the one. Faye’s patience, positivity and genuine love for her work made the whole experience effortless and joyful. She even took wonderful care when sorting and packing my dress. If you want someone who listens, guides with kindness, and helps you find the dress you didn’t know you were dreaming of, ask for Faye. I said YES to the dress thanks to her and my sister ❤️ P.S. I’d paid £30 for an appointment at another shop and didn’t receive half the care, effort or result I got at WED2B — and Faye’s help was completely free.
