What an exceptional company. I ordered chiffon to make chair backs for my wedding. My order was dispatched but got lost in transit. I rang the company and spoke to a lovely lady who re issued my order and sent it on an express delivery to make sure it arrived in time. Parcel turned up today and stress level are now back to normal. Thank you so much for your excellent service and customer care.
