Ordered a Likeabike Jumper online. Unfortunately they were out of the color I wanted. I received excellent customer service from Ivan. He was very knowledgeable about the product and provided me with a number of different options. I didn't feel like I was being forced or pressured into a getting a bike I didn't want. Great customer service! I will definitely return here in the future for my kids future biking needs. Thanks Ivan.
