If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! I pre-ordered a balance bike for my daughter's birthday knowing it was going to be iffy if it made it on time (estimated delivery was the day after) I called WeeBikeShop on Thursday evening to check on the status and turned out the shipment was delayed. I said OK, no problem. But when he heard it was for a birthday he came up with all kinds of options to try and make that happen. Turned out he had a floor model, so he offered that AND to rush ship it if wasn't crazy pricing. I said that wasn't necessary...his response? NO, I want to make sure she has a special birthday! Well, as it turned out could not guarantee delivery on Monday but would get there Tuesday (shipping would have been more than the bike for guarantee) and he included some freebies for the delay and to make my daughter smile. WeeBikeShop went above and beyond with their customer service. I will ALWAYS look to them first after this terrific treatment. And the bike? AWESOME!
