I researched what balance bike to get for my youngest extensively and finally settled on the Yeedoo too too. Wee bike shop was the only place I could find it, and I read great reviews about them, so I ordered. The only problem was, that I was cutting it really really close to getting it on my daughters actual bday-- a big day when you're only going to be 3. Important to have it there on time. I thought I'd give it a try and contact them just to see if they could expedite my order to ensure a delivery on her birthday. I am SO glad I called. They were so willing to bump up my order ( which was #40 in line) to the top to get it out that day, which would ensure delivery right on her birthday ( spending an extra $25+ was just not an option for our family). They said they were happy to help, and glad I called, otherwise they have no way of knowing the circumstances, and we're happy to help. This is the kind of customer service that is so valued to me, that they are there to help and understanding even it was mom' s fault for waiting until the last minute. I would totally order from them again and will spread the word also! They were also very knowledgeable about balance bikes and wanted to make sure I had purchased the one that would be best for my daughter-- we did agree on the one I had purchased for her.
