My experience with WeeBikeShop could not have been better. I was purchasing my son's first balance bike for his birthday, and as per usual I was doing so at the last possible minute. Given my son's height I had many questions about the bike's fit and whether or not it could be delivered in time for his birthday. I called WeeBikeShop's customer service line on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted by an extremely helpful gentleman. He assisted me with paying the nominal fee to expedite the delivery and walked me through the features of the bike. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about fitting a balance bike to a large toddler and eased by concerns about the investment. I'll highly recommend WeeBikeShop.
