Recommend to everyone. Extremely satisfied. The process is straightforward. They evaluate your case and provide with honest judgment. When I inquired they felt NIW was the appropriate choice for me. But sudden changes in my credentials made them offer me EB1 service as well. I signed a contract with them for NIW and EB1 both. But due to urgency we decided to file EB1 first. I had to first write a research summary which they carefully evaluated and gave feedback to improve. This was the most crucial and time consuming part at my end, but they new exactly what they wanted. Once this was done, they carefully examined my recommender list and helped me pick the correct ones. They prepared recommendation letters all by themselves with all essential details and carefully understanding my work. They carefully evaluated each singed letter and made sure any wordings that could result in RFE was removed. I requested my recommenders to change letter accordingly and luckily they agreed. In the case of disagreement they offered to prepare more letters to be signed by someone else. I did not have prior reviewing experience but their emphasis on its rewquirement made me work on it and from 1 reviewing experience by the time we filed the case i had 20 reviewed papers. They replied and addressed every single concern of mine. The only thing is that communication with them happens in a 24 hour window, however, for the resonable fee they charge and the efforts they put in I think it is fair. Also, when my visa was about to expire they expedited their process and adjusted their work so they can file things on time. Finally my EB1 approved within 15 days, even though I signed contract fro EB1 and NIW they waived my fee for NIW since I did not need it any more. Simultaneously another attorney filed for O1 visa that require similar criteria as EB1, I received an RFE there and we are still resolving it. Even though O1 visa technically should be easier than EB1. I am absolutely satisfied with Chen Immigration, they are very hard working and absolutely serious about their work.
