I am very much happy to write this feed back. Iam EB-1A applicat for Green card. In my experience I did not have any issues with the application process. Believe it or not I never called the to the office of Chen Immigration. All my emails were promptly replied in less than 24hrs. Some times the reply is in the middle of the night. I live in EST timezone. My recommendation letters were all well formatted by the lawyer. For my I-485 I used do it yourself package and it was simple and easy to follow instructions. I got my I-140 reply in 3 months and then I took 1 month to apply for I-485. I am from India and after I applied for I-485 there was retrogression, I had to wait till october and attend an interview because of the new EB rules and my Green card was approved.
