I would need to be a peer reviewer for a minimum x number of manuscripts etc for EB1. I applied for EB2 NIW, the I40 for which was approved while also working towards meeting the target set up by Victoria and other team members for EB1. Last year I contacted them to reassess for EB1 and based on my credentials by that time they suggested that EB1 would be a good option.
