Staff was professional and on top of things. A minus is that, since multiple people work on the same case on different moments, sometimes it may be a bit confusing and some information about the case may seem to get lost. However, that doesn't happen often and whenever it does, a brief recap and/or indications about previous relevant communications or documents provided suffices to bring everything back up and running. Overall, my experience was very positive.
