Overall they are a good company and well experienced in filing NIW. The individual lawyer from their firm that I worked with was not totally responsive. Sometimes I asked for a change in my petition and he/she would only change that part of my petition without considering the integration of the rest of the petition. Sometimes their response time was longer than what they promise which made me frustrated.
