VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....After one week I did not receive my package. I emailed Weight World and they said to wait until the end of the day that it was in transit and if it was not delivered they would process my refund. Four days later I still did not receive my package so I again emailed them to which they replied that the tracking is showing that the package was delivered. I checked my camera and there was no delivery and they haven't provided any proof of delivery.....very disappointed and will be taking this up with Consumer affairs
