I ordered from WeightWorld UK expecting a seamless and professional experience, but what I encountered was deeply disappointing. Here’s a breakdown of my issues: 1. Delivery Delays: Despite paying for fast shipping, my order was delayed by more than a month. There was no proactive communication about these delays. 2. Poor Communication: I had to repeatedly follow up to get any updates, and the responses were often conflicting. Promises were made—such as processing a refund—which were not honored, and I kept receiving vague or misleading information. 3. Failure to Prioritize Customer Issues: Even after highlighting that I would be traveling and could not receive the items, they shipped the order instead of issuing a refund as promised. This demonstrates a lack of understanding and care for customer needs. 4. False Promises: I was assured multiple times that my refund would be processed, yet no concrete action was taken. It felt like my concerns were dismissed repeatedly. 5. Frustrating and Exhausting Experience: Resolving this issue took weeks of back-and-forth communication, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. WeightWorld UK needs to significantly improve its customer service, transparency, and ability to resolve issues efficiently. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and would advise caution when ordering.

Where do I start. I received my products in one package. I had read all of their information on each product first. I ordered Probiotic, Electrolyte tablet, Collagen & Vitamin D3 & K2. On receiving I read all the labels and took as given on the bottle. It is now 2½ weeks later I have been so so poorly. I have been on the loo up to a dozen times a day. Everything I eat takes minutes to send me back to the loo. On a morning even sips of water makes my acquaintance with the loo. Knowing probiotics can do this I stuck with it trying to trust the process. However after been up 4 times through the night I contacted them today and spoke to them on chat. I was convinced and still not 100% sure whether it was AI or just a very uneducated person I was dealing with. It confused me. Anyway.... I was then informed I had taken these wrong and it is moportant I 'don't start taking them altogether' apparently I should have started taking the electrolyte for a week, then introduced the Vitamin D3&K2 for a week, then introduce the Collegen for a week, then take ONE probiotic tablet then a week later take TWO tablets. The bottle doesn't mention to take a reduced dose to start with it says 'Take Two tablets during daytime with a full glass of water' so I did just that. To my absolute astonishment and I am still stunned by this she/he/AI said 'it is common knowledge not to take suppliments together and to start on a low dose and work upwards' ERM HANG ON...... They just gaslit me & completely blamed me for not following the CORRECT doseage and process that I had no idea about because there was absolutely no information ANYWHERE that told me to take this differently to what is recommended on the bottle. They went on to say my gp should know all the side effects and what can & can't be taken of every suppliment been sold on the Web worldwide. Apparently if my gp didn't know then I SHOULD have known. When I spoke with my gp both before ordering and almost every day in the last 2½ weeks all he could really tell me was the manufacturer/supplier has got to be aware of any interactions and warn me of them (or so you would think) I was just asking at the start which of the suppliments could cause these horrific side effects and do I come off that suppliment straight away or do I gradually come off it. But I was that insulted and the audacity of them to tell me that I should know information about their products that they don't advertise or inform you about. ARE YOU CONFUSED YET?.... I am unsure as to whether I am going mad here! This is insanity. How about when you sell multiple suppliments a little attachment is sent on the email that says 'you have bought xyz we suggest this is how you take it safely' also maybe at the bottom of that 'common side effects could include abc if so contact your gp and state you are taking xyz that can have abc side effects' that's not hard to do. My analogy to her/him/AI was when a firework company sell mixed boxes of fireworks, it doesn't just say on the box 'this will give you coloured pretty little lights that will stimulate your brain and give you an optical spectacular experience, light them and stand back whatever you feel may be a safe distance, maybe anywhere between 3ft and 50ft away or there may be health implications which you are.fully aware of but in case you are unsure how this could affect you if it blows up in your face because you didn't stand far enough back please contact your local fire brigade for advise' I asked for that conversation to be sent to management as blaming your customers for not knowing how to take the products correctly without informing them is a HUGE dangerous flaw that can cause serious illness. My gp wanted me to go to hospital to be hydrated because a sip of water could send me to the potty! I am not just a little bit grumbly in the tummy I am properly poorly. I here you say why didn't I stop taking them but things were that severe both myself, my gp & the practice nurse were unsure if it could be gastritis, food poioning, Norovirus and in those cases these exact suppliments are perfect for. The eltrolyte tablets were the only thing convincing the Dr's NOT to send me to hospital. Their reply to the 'send this to management I want a formal reply in the next 7 days' was met with a response of 'thanks for your feedback I will pass it on to our Web team who can maybe look at adding'.... Are you ready for this.... 'look at adding a DISCLAIMER' ALL IN ALL THEY ARE CONCERNED WITH LEGALLY HOW THEY COVER THEIR BACK SIDES FROM ANYONE THAT GETS ILL AS A RESULT OF NOT KNOWING ABOUT HOW TO TAKE THEIR SUPPLIMENTS WITHOUT TELLING THEIR CUSTOMERS A PROCESS EXISTS THAT IS MEANT TO BE ADHERED TO BUT IT AS SECRETIVE AS ROSWELL! PLEASE BE AWARE The advice I was given on 'chat' was it would be a 7 week process to take the 4 suppliments safely. NOT the dosages & recommendations on the bottles. Be Careful please I have been so poorly. I am very glad I took screenshots of that chat as normally it gets emailed to you afterwards however for some reason i can only speculate on this chat was never emailed through. Surprised?? Absolutely not. Lastly the mad thing is if I had just been given advice on what to do and which suppliment could be causing this, this review on subsequent reviews and legal advice wouldn't be happening right now. Gas lighting and laying blame on your customers... REALLY... WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE? for them this isn't the end of this story If you made sense of this then you are a better person than me! When I start a deep dive into this company 'WeightWorld UK' only one country springs to mind with this kind of nonchalant 'don't care' attitude is... Well I will give you a clue... They are running an election this year and their former president recently had an attempt on his life. I am horrified on how dangerous this company is to everyone that purchases more than one product

KEEP AWAY! Worst service ever! Got my package 2 months later as promised and a part is still missing! I cancelled the order before, but they did not accept and sent the products anyway. Taking them back is not possible, after contacting the Customer Service! As already said, one product is still missing and they do not give me a refund! Ridiculous!

I had ordered 4 items which never arrived despite getting an email and even "proof of delivery". I decided to post a review on their website, but of course it won't even be posted there as they have a team that needs to review the review first before posting it. They completely ignored my review. Never order from companies that filter out reviews!

Terrible customer service with 2 separate issues. I had to offer better resolution and they sent wrong order and won't send me the right order until I send the wrong order back. I paid for fast delivery also.

I have not purchased anything from your company. I checked out numerous pages of your reviews on an item I had intended to buy. Many, many 5* reviews were just repeated over & over, but in different languages. I noticed this as I speak those european languages too!!!! you probably won’t publish this.

Please do not use this company. I ordered an eight pad ab stimulator which worked for a total of 25 days. I got in contact with the company advise them it had stopped working and asked for an exchange. The business advised that this product doesn’t come under warranty so they could not send me a replacement even though all products have A guarantee.

This is beyond poor customer service. No refund for wrong delivery, instead you will be billed with a huge UPS bill because of the late delivery and it does not matter if you happen to be on a business trip either. I do not recommend ordering anything via this company!

Please please please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ipurchased a 'foot massager' at xmas. As soon as I opened it I realised it was not as advertised so called them immediately. I felt very uneasy with that call so I photographed/ videoed the product to proof it was working & all in original packaging before sposting, which cost me £6.99 I had to chase them up 2 wks later & when I spoke with they said that the item was broke on arrival and in a disgusting state so would not refund the £69.95 for the item. When I told him I had photographic evidence & that all correspondence with the company was in emails via Pay Pal he quickly changed tact and told me they would give me a refund but only if I stopped all correspondence with Pay Pal, which I of course refused to do. Pay Pal legal team are now looking into them and I have my refund via them, but no refund of postage, despite having a email from them saying they would give me it and its also in their t&c. The product they sent was made of light plastic with no substance to it whatsoever. Terrible product. Terrible company!
