Worse company ever! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a desk back in April, the top was damaged in transit. Customer services have gone on radio silence, not even sure if Amy is a real person! 3 months and no refund, beyond a joke really. If you’ve had a bad experience please report them to trading standards and flag with citizens advise! They’ve also delisted themselves from trust pilot, appears this review page is an open forum and there’s some really bad reviews on here, but Weilaiconcept have taken it upon themselves in an attempt to boost their ratings to load FAKE reviews.. They’re really easy to spot, poor English and the images have come straight from a photoshop catalogue! Beyond a joke.. Think there’s a FACEBOOK group that’s gathering momentum, worth checking out!
