“Be aware of this company, read return policy, check items are indeed in stock. unless you want to lose £150 just for returning the what looks to be a quite cheap and undesirable product.
First, misleading delivery time online. It says ‘in stock’, but as soon as I placed the order, an email came through to say the item is out of stock and delivery would take 8 weeks instead.
Second, long delivery time, after repeated follow ups, 10 weeks later, the item finally arrived.
Third, we paid for the assembly service (£59), it was a simple putting a counter top on the cupboard, so if you have some DIY skill, I wouldn’t pay.
Fourth, the product looks cheap - acrylic paint instead of painted wood, and there are chips / white paint marks on the door. The colour looks different to the picture online. The delivery /assembly person ripped apart the packaging and now we are being charged for it when it comes to return.
Finally, when we want to return, we were told, because the packaging is damaged (by the assembly person!), we have to pay £91 according to their small print which was nowhere to be seen during the purchasing process. On top of that, we have to provide our own packaging and pay £45 for the return.
Never dealing with this company again!”
“I am very happy with my purchase of the Porto Ottoman. I bought it five years after I purchased the Porto Sofa and the light brown leather is almost identical. I was warned it could be different but I was sent images showing swatches which reassured me. Both items are superior quality and the design is timeless. The customer service both times was excellent.”

Product took 8 weeks to arrive, when it did there are no instructions provided for assembly. It's a nightmare to assemble and the parts are also defective.

The screw holes on one side of the sofa backrest arrived burst, manufacturing or delivery issues, and as s result the backrest was coming off.
They kept insisting adding a nut between hinge and screw when the wooden backrest had no grip in it.
Had to call a joiner and pay money to fix a new product.
Not buying again from them, not recommending.”

When you use it as a bed it’s absolutely impossible to sleep as all cushions are moving when you try to change your sleeping position. Moreover when asked to return they claiming package was delivered on April when the record clearly show May. Don’t waste your money or time.”

“We were very disappointed with the customer care. We ordered a large expensive unit which came in a billion pieces. The instructions were long complicated and in Chinese. When we asked the company for English instructions they sent instructions for a different unit (different pieces, number of pieces etc!) When we queried this they said they couldn't help anymore.”
