“If I could give zero stars I would . I bought a Moore 3 seater sofabed . From the start i had issues with the moore 3 seater sofa bed which I purchased The back of the sofabed back rest kept popping out of place due to faulty cheap quality v brackets .The customer service is appaling and it was very frustating dealing with the after sales team who offered no help. I sent countless video and pictures and they still could not identify the problem. I was going bacakwards and forwards with emails There was a manufactering flaw with the design of this sofa bed . The back of the sofa would move with the slightest bit of pressure applied . I contacted the after sales team and spoke to Amy who didn't see what the problem was no matter how many time I explained what was happening and sent countless videos and and photos. The design and contruction of this sofa has major flaws . I will not ever buy another piece of furniture from this company again. Poor after sales service and poorly thought out designs in terms of functionality .I do not recommend buying any furntiture from this company. Avoid at all costs.”

“Very Disappointing Product and Terrible Customer Service – Avoid!
I purchased a set of two coffee tables from this retailer, and what arrived was nothing like the pictures advertised on their website. The tables were two different colours, and the sizes did not match the measurements stated in the product description.
When I contacted the company to arrange a return, they initially wanted to charge me for returning a product that was clearly not as advertised! It took an unreasonable amount of time, effort, and repeated communication just to convince them to arrange a collection without charging me.
The whole experience was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Customers should not have to fight to return products that do not match their advertised descriptions.

The curve fits the body perfectly, making it incredibly relaxing to sit and read or scroll on my phone. The white fluffy look is super stylish, making this the most photogenic corner of my home. While it looks very fluffy, the base is sturdy, and the size is just right for my apartment. Totally in love with this reading nook!”

“Be aware of this company, read return policy, check items are indeed in stock. unless you want to lose £150 just for returning the what looks to be a quite cheap and undesirable product.
First, misleading delivery time online. It says ‘in stock’, but as soon as I placed the order, an email came through to say the item is out of stock and delivery would take 8 weeks instead.
Second, long delivery time, after repeated follow ups, 10 weeks later, the item finally arrived.
Third, we paid for the assembly service (£59), it was a simple putting a counter top on the cupboard, so if you have some DIY skill, I wouldn’t pay.
Fourth, the product looks cheap - acrylic paint instead of painted wood, and there are chips / white paint marks on the door. The colour looks different to the picture online. The delivery /assembly person ripped apart the packaging and now we are being charged for it when it comes to return.
Finally, when we want to return, we were told, because the packaging is damaged (by the assembly person!), we have to pay £91 according to their small print which was nowhere to be seen during the purchasing process. On top of that, we have to provide our own packaging and pay £45 for the return.
Never dealing with this company again!”
“I am very happy with my purchase of the Porto Ottoman. I bought it five years after I purchased the Porto Sofa and the light brown leather is almost identical. I was warned it could be different but I was sent images showing swatches which reassured me. Both items are superior quality and the design is timeless. The customer service both times was excellent.”
