I ordered 6 kitchen chairs, they said there would be a delay of 6 weeks as they did not have them in stock. When they arrived one chair had a broken leg. The company said they would replace this chair but would take 8-9 weeks to replace. It took over 15 weeks to arrive though Weiliaa, promised on many occasions it was 'on its way'. The chair was poorly made and a different colour. You can not call the company they have no phone number and AI answers most email queries, in my opinion, they are a company that imports from China does not look at whether goods are broken, and are not interested in making good. if you buy from this disreputable company use a credit card so you have protection under the S75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
