I booked an appointment specifically to view the Vera Dining Table & Chairs (Sintered Stone White) and drove nearly 2 hours to the showroom. When I arrived, I was told it was impossible to view that particular item, despite my booking being for it. Instead, I was told the booking was only to see “similar” items for quality, but none of the pieces in the showroom were even remotely similar. When I pointed out that I had booked to see that particular item, the staff member’s response was, “but you have an idea, so just make your order.” The experience itself was very unprofessional. The staff member stayed seated at the entrance with a Red Bull in his hand, never joined us in the showroom, and only advised me to place the order online. He also said the product could take up to 2 months to arrive — without me ever having the chance to see it in person. On top of that, the few items they did have in the showroom were of very poor quality, which made me lose confidence in ordering from them at all. Overall, the website booking process is misleading, the showroom is extremely limited with low-quality items, and the customer service was unprofessional. A very disappointing and frustrating experience.
