Hi Sergio picked me up when I visited Madrid on the 14th April and when I left on the 18th April. He was on time. Helpful and the drive to and from the airport was absolutely fine. I felt safe and he was really helpful. I accidentally pressed number 1 star but I do mean the service is a 5 star.
