“This company left me stranded in Italy with 2 children and 4 suitcases, with just 2 hours to get a taxi to the airport. Woke to find an email that had been sent at midnight before we we due to get a pre-booked taxi transfer with them at 9.30am that morning. Literally had 2 hours of panic trying to scrabble another taxi together, hoping that we'd get to the airport in time. Never been as stressed on a holiday I thought I'd planned carefully well in advance - I would rather throw myself in front of a train than book with this company again. Appalling organisation - simply told 'sorry your transfer has been cancelled due to driver availability'. Avoid if you don't want to guess whether or not your taxi will be available on the day of your flight - the whole point of booking an airport taxi transfer ahead is to ensure you have the security of knowing you can get to and from your flight without stress, delays or unpredictable situations - to have no contingency for drivers not being available makes a mockery of the whole purpose of this company. Bunch of incompetent cowboys.”

“Khazan Singh messaged us before we arrived at the train, was waiting where he said and brought us to his car with car seat installed for our grandson. He brought water for each of us and a candy treat. 5 stars for our experience”

“We needed transportation to and from the airport in Porto to the cruise ship. The service was fantastic! The communication between the driver and the customers is impressive. Aside from email communication from the company, I received a text from the driver the day before introducing himself and again the morning he picked us up when he arrived. The cars were new and well maintained and the drivers were professional but personable. Will not hesitate to use them again!”

“A very good experience. We were picked up on time both ways. Hasan, the driver, was very helpful, kind and flexible. We forgot our house key at the hotel. He helped us getting it back - even drove many extra kilometers. You are a lucky company with an employee with excellent customer service.”

“The driver and the company were inflexible with regards to a change that happened under 24h notice. Absolutely no refund was made. I just wanted to change the pickup time but they stuck to their policy rules and both driver and company kept saying they had no solution. In the end, they kept my money (50 euros for an airport service), arguing that the driver had to be compensated.”

“Booked pickup at Charles de Gaulle, arriving from Oslo. Landed a couple of minutes before scheduled arrival time. Waited for luggage, and then cleared customs and immigration, and came out to the meeting point for drivers, but no driver was there. I had provided flight number, so the driver could track our progress. I called the driver, and was told that he would pick us up in 2 hrs and 15 min! Totaly unaceptable, so I took a regular taxi, which worked great, cancelled my booking with Welcome Pickups, and demanded a refund, but WP said the waiting time was within company policy, so they refused to refund any money. So do not use this company unless you want to wait for more than 2hrs, or pay double.”

“I paid 27e for pick up from WAW Airport to Warsaw City Center Hotel. The pick up time was 19:30. After a baggage delay, during which time I was in communication with driver, at 20:02. I was looking for driver. I spent 13 minutes repeatedly asking him what door he was at and walking around trying to find him and he was not replying. When he finally did answer, it turned out he was at departures instead of arrivals. Why? Then, I had to go find him! I thought I (over)paid for him to pick me up? At 20:21 (still inside the 60 minute wait time even after looking for him for 13 minutes) I was finally in his car on way to hotel. Then - Driver said he had to wait too long and demanded an extra 10 euro cash. (Terms state 60 minute complimentary wait time for airport pick up.) Now I am on customer service chat for almost 2 hours trying to get a resolution.”

“DO NOT USE FOR AIRPORT PICKUPS IN BALI IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN AND YOU NEED CARSEATS!!! When we made our reservation, we requested 3 car seats, one for our 2 year old toddler and one for our 2 month old newborn. The car seats provided we completely inadequate. The car seat meant for our newborn was forward facing and completely upright - she cannot even hold her head up so there was no way we could put her in this leaving us to simply hold her in our arms for the journey. We strapped our son into the other car seat, and only when we were about to leave did we notice that the driver had simply placed the car seat into the car without attaching it to anything. This is completely unsafe and we almost left like this. When we told the driver he could not understand why this was a problem and did not know how to safely secure the car seat leaving us to attempt to wrap a seat belt around it and hold it manually from behind. This lack of safety for our children is completely unacceptable - had we been in an accident it would have caused serious injury or death. You must provide quality car seats for appropriate ages and your drivers must be suitably trained on how to fit them safely.”

“I have used Welcome pickups for years and they are normally very reliable but last week they cancelled on me for an existing reservation indicating that they did not have available drivers. I was coming in on a ferry when I received the cancellation and it was very inconvenient. IMO, this should never happen.”

“Världens snällaste chaufför som var väldigt förstående när en olycka hände och vi var tvungna att vänta cirka 20 min innan vi kunde åka. Han höll lugnet och hjälpte oss vilket var väldigt tacksamt, samt att han kom i tid båda gångerna. Rekommenderar verkligen att åka med detta företag om ni vill ha bra service, genuina förare och vara ute i god tid!!”
