I was very skeptical about this service-sounded too good to be true. We were arriving late in Prague after a flight delay and concerned about getting a taxi so decided to take a chance. So glad we did! Our driver, David, was great! So good in fact, that we booked him for our return travel to the airport. Basically the same price as a taxi, but spoke English, waited for us and helped us with our luggage and a nice clean car. Highly recommend! I wouldn’t hesitate to book through this company again.

We have just used Welcome Pickups seven times during a four week stay in Italy (5 times) & Singapore (2 times). I was extremely impressed with their efficient, punctual and professional service. I would gladly use them again on my travels and highly recommend them. Five stars!

We got picked up from Naples. Our driver Vincenzo was very patient he waited longer as getting through security took longer than expected. On the way to the accommodation he was able to point out some places for us to visit. We were so pleased with the service, we will use again. Thank you!

We reserved them for a pickup at vancouver airport about a week ago. While we were in the air they sent me a text cancelling our pickup, which I received when we landed. Because they were unreliable, I cancelled the return pickup for 8 days from now that I also booked. They charged me a 20% cancellation fee. You can not rely on this business and I will never use them again

This company is not trustworthy. They confirmed and cancle in last minute, soo we allmost miss our flight. I do not recommend Welcome Pickups to anyone — completely unreliable and unprofessional.

Its Deceitful when they say 100% Refund, then when you are to cancel- there is something else that pops up that says 20% is what you are charged. Like Really, I literally did the confirming and canceling in less than 2 min. DO BETTER!!

Pick up at Naples airport-#w-4102754 Booking code 933329 Our driver was not in the arrival hall when we arrived. He wanted us to come outside to the parking lot. We said that we would wait inside. It took some time for him to get to the arrival hall. He was not very friendly. He seemed annoyed with us, perhaps because we said we would wait inside the arrival hall for him. However, being in the arrival hall with a sign is supposed to be part of the service. He dropped us off about a block from our B&B with a vague description of how far to walk. As to ladies in our late seventies, we had to drag our suitcases uphill over uneven ground. It was getting dark, and we had some difficulty finding the B &B, but we thought it was where he had to leave us due to narrow streets. We discovered the next day that he could have EASILY dropped us off right in front of our B&B. This is where later taxis picked us up even with our luggage. Unfortunately, this is my second time not having a good experience with Welcome Pickups. After the first time where the driver in Las Vegas was late, I thought I would try again. But now maybe I need to find another pick up service.

Le chauffeur est arrivé avec 10 mn de retard à l'aéroport. Il n'est pas venu à notre recontre puisqu'il nous attendait à sa voiture sur le parking extérieur. Il ne nous a pas déposées dans le bon hôtel. Après l'avoir rappelé presque aussitôt, il est revenu nous chercher, sans un mot ou une excuse en faisant la "gueule ". Mais le pire a été sa goujaterie Systématiquement, il ouvrait les portières et le coffre du véhicule depuis son tableau de bord, restant assis derrière son volant. A charge pour nous de déposer et de récupérer nos bagages dans le coffre, sachant que nous étions 2 femmes dont ma fille enceinte de 7 mois !!

Abdulkadir was our driver from Amsterdam Schipol to our hotel in central Amsterdam. Despite not having internet service, he waited for us - we had no trouble finding him in the pick-up area though. Friendly and recommended a few places for us to see. Highly recommend and would use him again.

Our driver Boigean Philippe was wonderful. He waited patiently for us at the airport even though our flight was very late. He was so hospitable and told us about French culture on our ride to the city. We highly recommend him.

I had one of the worst experiences with Welcome Pickups. They cancelled my airport pickup just a couple of hours before my flight landed — while I was already flying and completely unreachable. I arrived at the airport with no transportation options and was forced to find an urgent alternative, paying almost double the price because I hadn’t made a reservation elsewhere. But it gets worse. For my return transfer from the hotel to the airport, the pickup was scheduled for 8:30 AM. At 7:20 AM — just over an hour before — I received a last-minute SMS saying they had no driver available. I had booked this service 15 days in advance and even received a confirmation email with the driver’s name and car details. Yet they still cancelled, leaving me stranded once again, having to scramble for another ride and pay a much higher rate due to the urgency. This company is not trustworthy. They confirmed everything and then failed me twice. I do not recommend Welcome Pickups to anyone — completely unreliable and unprofessional.

Wonderful service! I used Welcome for transportation in Rome to and from my hotel from the airport. Great communication and confirmation via email and What's App. The drivers were very professional. Both pickups arrived early. Price is higher than a taxi but the peace of mind and convenience was well worth it.

Disappointing Experience with Welcome Pickups We had scheduled a transfer for our clients through Welcome Pickups, which was canceled just two days before their arrival at the destination. The booking was made 1.5 months in advance, and the payment was completed at the time of booking. The transfer involved 3 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately, no solution or alternative was offered, leaving our clients without transportation and without compensation. Our experience with Welcome Pickups was extremely disappointing and shows that it is a company you cannot trust under any circumstances. We are awaiting the return of our money and hope that customer service will improve in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were contacted in advance of our arrival so we knew who would collect us from the airport and were lucky to get Spyros. He was highly knowledgeable, kind and even contacted a left luggage company on our behalf before our onward travels. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Spyros and Welcome PickUp again 😊

I booked a transfer from Langkawi airport to the Danna Langkawi Hotel. I paid $50 Australian dollars. I was met by a man in old clothes and was transferred in a filthy old van. I should have just used the Grab service. Less than favourable experience.
