Welcome pick-ups was reliable and well priced. We needed to change our pickup time last minute and they quickly assigned us a new driver who contacted us and ensured he knew our needs. Communication was excellent and they provided a van so our 5 passengers with luggage could travel together.

BAD experience. I booked a premium "Meet & Greet" at Fiumicino for a guest, but the driver failed to show up. He was incredibly slow to respond to my WhatsApp messages, and when he finally did, he claimed he sent a replacement. However, he gave me the wrong phone number for this new driver, creating total chaos. The paid service says that they will wait an hour in the airport for the person - based on our conversations, they didn't even wait more than ten minutes. To top it off, he blamed me for supposedly sending him to a different address. He changed his story multiple times, and making up inconsistent excuses. My guest was left stranded and stressed at the airport. Avoid at all costs. Booking #w-6473237-1

I booked the service for Athens airport to include a meet and greet so that I didn't have to find my way through a taxi line, find the driver, etc. I did not get the meet and greet and instead had to find my driver outside past the taxi's. The driver was very professional, great service; however had I wanted to manage my luggage I would have been better off getting a taxi (cheaper and less hassle).

We had a large group that needed picked up from the Athens Greece airport. (And then a return trip a week later.) Also needed transportation to a wedding about 45 minutes away, and back. Every time the driver was very prompt, helpful, courteous with a clean nice vehicle. Additionally, the price was very good compared to others. I was very pleased with Welcome Pickups. On future trips, they will be my first go to for transportation. Well done!

We used this service for a transfer to Galveston. My husband left a jacket by mistake in the trunk of the car. I contacted the driver and he said he had the jacket. I sent him my information and never heard back. Contacted the company, no help at all. I think the driver wanted me to venmo money for the postage that he would keep. Driver then lied and said he did not have the jacket. Your company is only as good as the employees, you hire liars and thiefs.

Initially had problems with transfer and sightseeing. Website had only FAQs. However, once i was able to communicate directly with a member of staff, everything worked out fine. Very responsive and helpful staff. As soon as things were sorted out, we received a message right away from our driver confirming everything. We are looking forward to sightseeing and transfer to hotel.

Our three Welcome Pickups we experienced in Rome were excellent. They were all on time and the vehicles we very nice and comfortable. The Drivers were all very nice although the Driver who took to the catch the Windstar ship did not speak much English so was hard to communicate with. But, he was very efficient and took us right up to where we needed to aboard out ship. We appreciated all the Drivers. My only complaint is the extra charge to move the time for pickup at the Rome Airport by one hour. It took the same amount of time to get there as quoted originally and did not seem like a busy time traffic wise. Thank you, Ruth Usher

The Driver was very professional. The pic up company transfer overcherge me 38 Euros if i had taken a taxi from the airport doir to doir i would have paid 20Euros,The trip was a very small distance from the airport. I felt the journey wasn't worth the amount i was charged, the company charge me 18Euros for the booking. Zeze Camden

I had guests flying to Morocco, Casablanca, and their luggage was lost. I got in contact with their driver, Adil El Ouien, and he was so kind and patient, he waited nearly 2 hours for them. Welcome Pickups is really great, they are so reliable. When you send them an email, they reply so quickly. I will definitely be using their services again. Very reliable, congratulations!

Welcome Pickups took £120 for two transfers, then they cancelled before the pick up time. We then had to pay again to independent taxis to bring us from Glasgow Airport to the West End and back again. Told via email that if I didn't reclaim the full refund within 48 hours then they would send me a voucher. Then when I click to claim the full refund, the page doesn't work. Avoid !!!

The driver was over 30 minutes late for pick up at the airport. I suggested this to a friend BEFORE I used it and she had a horrible experience in Panama. Will NEVER USE AGAIN

I booked two transfers from SFO to Berkeley with Welcome Pickups (for 7 people in total). Both were cancelled by Welcome Pickups – the first one about 11 hours before pickup, the second one while we were already on the plane to San Francisco. I had to organize an alternative taxi for four children and three adults at the last minute right after landing – exactly the kind of stress I wanted to avoid by booking in advance. Even worse, although both bookings were cancelled by Welcome Pickups, the refund I received was about €40 less than what I originally paid. Customer service was friendly but completely unhelpful, simply blaming “bank fees” instead of taking responsibility for a refund shortfall that clearly resulted from their own cancellations. A company that cancels confirmed transfers and leaves customers to cover extra costs cannot be considered reliable. I will definitely not use Welcome Pickups again and would advise others to be cautious before booking.

Our luggage was lost by American airlines. I informed our driver we were filling out a form to get our luggage back and he left us stranded at the airport with no transportation. I called the dispatcher who told me to take a taxi ,to our condo (150.00) and the company will reimburse me. The company lied, they did not reimburse me.
