The Welcome Pickup service was outstanding, on time, professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Communication before pickup was clear and reassuring, and the car was spotless and comfortable. Everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off, making the journey stress-free and enjoyable.

I booked two transfers to and from airports in Buenos Aires. I got a better price elsewhere, about half the price. When I cancelled Welcome charged me 20% of the booking price. I am booking 6 months ahead of travel date. There is no reason to charge me for cancelling. There is nothing spelled out on the website. But even with the 20% cancellation penalty I am still paying much less than quoted by Welcome.

We were supposed to be picked up at 12:00 in Athens on August 1, 2025. We sent numerous WhatsApp messages and received no response. Two hours later we received a message that the driver said that he was there but in a parking lot outside the airport, not at the designated meeting point. He sent a picture showing that he arrived at the pickup point in the Arrivals Hall at 1:01, over an hour later than scheduled, Meanwhile , we got a taxi. Company says that there would be no refund because he did come, despite being over an hour late and not responding to our messages,

I booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel as my wife is 73, disabled, requiring wheelchair assistance and unable to stand in a taxi queue. When we arrived at the airport I received a message saying our transfer had been cancelled due to driver unavailability. This caused huge inconvenience and we were offered no compensation despite being a frequent customer.

Be careful when booking an airport pick in Istanbul, as they need the name of both passengers but there is no place when booking to do this and because of this we were left stranded at the airport. Do not book welcome pick ups in Idtanbul

I booked a Welcome Pickup for my granddaughter when she was going to Amsterdam for a semester of college. Arriving alone with 2 suitcases and a carry-on, I knew she needed to know exactly what to do to get a ride to her dorm. Welcome Pickups did exactly what they said they would do--email 4+ days ahead with driver's name/picture, and confirmation of pickup time. She knew where to find him with her name on a sign, he helped with luggage, and was friendly and helpful to a very tired young woman. Welcome Pickups was reliable and easy to work with.

Dreadful experience. Never again. Driver refused to take a backpack and small carry on claiming it wouldn’t fit in car and he would be fined. Refused ride. Nonsense. Would have fixed perfectly. His boss said they would take cases but would charge extra €44 . End result. We didn’t get ride and company kept €65 for doing nothing. On complaining on line ( you can’t speak to a human) a robot called Ring sends a pathetic sorry but tough luck response. Avoid this mob.

This company does not provide invoice. You need to get your invoice from driver, however driver cannot provide the invoice for the full amount you paid for your transportation, he can provide the invoice for only the amount which is paid to him by this company. You have to deal with the driver. This is not normal, I booked from this company and this company should provide the invoice for the full amount which I paid.

The entire team was great, polite and organized. Within minutes of requesting a ride we received confirmation texts drivers name car type and phone number for 1:1 connections to drivers. Pleasant safe drivers, timely and knowledgeable of island. we used both gender drivers who were professional and kind their prices were terrific much lower hotel taxi’s also. thank you for a lovely experience ! We will be sure to call them next vacation to explore the island .

Very dissatisfied with car service and customer service in Spain. Drivers came late, often not the driver or car assigned, and customer service responds with discounts for future rides. Who is going to book again after being stood up? Our driver was over 20 minutes late for an airport pickup and never called or texted to notify us, leaving us anxious. Thoroughly and consistently bad service in Spain.

Absolutely awful experience! I ordered the ride ahead of time to Vancouver airport for 4:30 am from the location 1 hour away from the airport. The driver NEVER ARRIVED and HUNG UP ON ME when I called. Driver's name is - Jaspreet Singh. It's a miracle I did not miss my flight thanks to the Taxi company that made an effort to find a driver in this remote location at such early hour on such a short notice. Don't use this company!

I hired a car in Nassau, Bahamas. The only reason I used this service was because they guaranteed there would be two car seats for my infant and toddler. We checked the day before and the morning of pickup. Car seats confirmed. When the driver arrived there were none. Don’t believe a word they say!

We're still waiting for a refund for the service your company didn't provide. We'll file a complaint with the appropriate authorities if we still don't receive a response. “Complaint: (e-mail send 20-07-25 - No response ) Order n#w-4967009 We arrived at the airport on time, and there were a lot of people at customs. The driver called, we asked to wait 15 minutes. When we arrived at the meeting point, there was no driver. We took a cab and paid 400 cny plus 100 tolls. We asked for a refund of the amount paid to the taxi, a total of 500 cny. * The driver confirmed by phone that waited 15 minutes and didnd´t do it. A aeroport like Beijing with the landing and the time to go through customs, taking the subway to get the suitcase is impossible to do in one hour . We are waiting for a refund for services not provided.

I wouldn’t ever take a taxi in Florence again.Yesterday we went twice as far and it took twice as long for a fee of 14 euros. Today we went half the distance and it took half the time and it was 17 euros. When we got to the train station he hit a button on his dashboard and added 5.75 euros to the service.Not Cool. I won’t be using them again when the tram and bus systems are so cheap and easily navigatable.

You have changed the driver and the type of the car I have paid for, without informing me in advance, while I was in the flight. I demand a refund as I paid for a different kind of car! In addition I had to search for the driver 20 minutes in the heat outside the airport, and when I tried to contact your company by phone nobody replied. This was an abysmal experience. I will never use your company again!

Driver was well on time and, as promised, showed up at the arrival gate (this concerned a trip to Stockholm) with a clear name sign. Taxi van was clean and we all fitted in. On our return trip, the same applied: taxi arrived on time, we were called to check that the pick up point was correct. No hesitations to recommend them.
