Fantastic experience! We had a great time. Very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a great tour. Was a great taxi, would recommend!

I hired a car in Nassau, Bahamas. The only reason I used this service was because they guaranteed there would be two car seats for my infant and toddler. We checked the day before and the morning of pickup. Car seats confirmed. When the driver arrived there were none. Don’t believe a word they say!

We're still waiting for a refund for the service your company didn't provide. We'll file a complaint with the appropriate authorities if we still don't receive a response. “Complaint: (e-mail send 20-07-25 - No response ) Order n#w-4967009 We arrived at the airport on time, and there were a lot of people at customs. The driver called, we asked to wait 15 minutes. When we arrived at the meeting point, there was no driver. We took a cab and paid 400 cny plus 100 tolls. We asked for a refund of the amount paid to the taxi, a total of 500 cny. * The driver confirmed by phone that waited 15 minutes and didnd´t do it. A aeroport like Beijing with the landing and the time to go through customs, taking the subway to get the suitcase is impossible to do in one hour . We are waiting for a refund for services not provided.

I wouldn’t ever take a taxi in Florence again.Yesterday we went twice as far and it took twice as long for a fee of 14 euros. Today we went half the distance and it took half the time and it was 17 euros. When we got to the train station he hit a button on his dashboard and added 5.75 euros to the service.Not Cool. I won’t be using them again when the tram and bus systems are so cheap and easily navigatable.

You have changed the driver and the type of the car I have paid for, without informing me in advance, while I was in the flight. I demand a refund as I paid for a different kind of car! In addition I had to search for the driver 20 minutes in the heat outside the airport, and when I tried to contact your company by phone nobody replied. This was an abysmal experience. I will never use your company again!

Driver was well on time and, as promised, showed up at the arrival gate (this concerned a trip to Stockholm) with a clear name sign. Taxi van was clean and we all fitted in. On our return trip, the same applied: taxi arrived on time, we were called to check that the pick up point was correct. No hesitations to recommend them.

We were picked up by Amalia at Madrid airport late in the evening. She was ready and waiting for us in the terminal and took our bags for us to the waiting car which was very close by. She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful and gave us some invaluable information for our short stay in Madrid. We would definitely recommend Amalia and Welcome Pickups. They gave us a great initial impression of Madrid and we welcomed Amalia’s recommendations for restaurant/tourist spots to visit, along with details of the metro system. Thank you Amalia!

I used this service in Romania and lately in Paris, France. I am very happy to report that it is very helpful when arriving after a flight and the body/mind are tired. The drivers are very respectful, knowledgeable, polite, and make the tourist feel welcome when arriving and/or going back from the hotel to the airport. I would use this service again.

I had a truly terrible experience with Welcome Pickups that I feel compelled to share to warn others. I arranged this transfer specifically for my 86-year-old grandmother, who does not speak the language of the country she was traveling to. I booked in advance and provided all the flight details. For reasons I still don’t understand, the driver started counting the waiting time from the landing time, which makes absolutely no sense—nobody exits the airport the moment a plane lands. There was a long line at immigration, and by the time my grandmother reached the arrivals area, the driver had already left. He waited 60 minutes, but that simply isn’t enough when you’re dealing with elderly passengers and busy airports. Worse, when I tried to contact their support to get help or at least extend the waiting time, there was no way to reach anyone promptly. My attempts to call and message were ignored, and it was only after I finally reached someone by email that I received a generic, scripted response along the lines of “we always strive to improve.” Meanwhile, the driver stopped responding altogether and showed zero willingness to help, find a replacement, or even communicate further. No option to extend, no alternative solution—nothing. I ended up losing the entire amount paid (which was not cheap), and more importantly, my grandmother was left alone at the airport, still trying to figure out how to get to her destination as I write this. This level of disregard for basic customer care and common sense is absolutely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and will not be using this service again. I strongly recommend that others consider alternative providers, especially if you are traveling with vulnerable passengers who need a reliable pickup and some basic human consideration.

Travelled from Belfast to Liverpool and the driver did not turn up. Sending us a £20 voucher? Don't know why, as I would never use them again. Terrible service. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED IN LIVERPOOL

Unreliable. Our ride was canceled after a four hour flight delay leaving us stranded at the airport at night. There is an app to message the driver that no one responds too and it says not to worry they track flight delays and our driver still showed up at the airport at the incorrect time. Save yourself the hassle and just would book a more reliable form of transportation

Really disappointing. We arrived in Pisa airport at 11.30pm having ordered a taxi to meet us weeks before. There was no taxi to meet us. Just a text message on my phone which had been sent after we have left Dublin and we were in the plane. The message said the taxi was cancelled because of lack of drivers. We were completely stranded in the middle of the night . I will never book with this company again.

The driver was meant to be waiting at Athens airport with a name sign in arrivals hall "A" We booked the pick up for 9.00 pm to give us time to collect bags etc... Our plane landed on time, we were at the meting point arrivals hall "A" by 9.07pm , no sign of a driver with our name. There were not that many drivers waiting so easy to identify him, had he been there as planned. As the arrivals hall emptied and still no sign after 45 mins we took a regular taxi. I did not have access to internet on my phone until I got to the hotel. The driver has sent whatap message Sent as text 6/6 8:49pm Hello, I’m a driver to pick up you from the airport when you pass the queue and get your luggage get the exit number two and stand in the second side walk and when you are there, update me to start from the parking thank you. See you soon. This was no use to me having no phone access, he should have been there waiting as planned and paid for. He would have known the plane landed on time so why wait for a customer to call you. A disappointing start to our holiday and a waste of 67 euro and another 57 euro in a taxi. And an hour of our time waiting.

It’s a good service but I’d recommend anyone using it to keep comms active as much as possible. I’d booked my pickup from Budapest Airport the night before, chosen a cautious pickup time, received a confirmation email and even though my flight was slightly delayed, I arrived at the gate 2-3 mins after at the arranged pickup time, so thought everything was ok. I couldn’t see anyone to meet me but after a minute my phone rang and the driver asked me to exit the airport and go to one of the bays outside. He seemed disappointed that I’d not responded to any of his messages or calls but I was surprised he’d tried to contact me as I was bang on time and had only just switched my phone out of aeroplane mode. Still polite though. My friend later told me that part of the service was to use WhatsApp to communicate with the driver, which I hadn’t, so my fault, but I just thought I needed to get out in time. Guess I’m a bit old school and thought someone would be there with my name on a bit of paper. So happy to recommend but it’s not for me. I’d rather just get the bus next time and they’re pretty regular.
