Doubled booked bc of msg from company that my payment had not gone thru - on a ship - customer service is very user unfriendly -cancelled one booking 2 hours before when we had wifi - company will NOT refund my overpayment - tho they cld see the mistake -the double up -and originally said they wld -they gave me generic excuses for NO refund - so paid twice - very unhappy and would NEVER use or recommend this company
