“Our Budapest experience was very positive. David was on time, reached out ahead of time to confirm collection and give us directions. He was a very safe driver and shared very useful information about the city. The whole experience was very positive. I will definitely use Welcome Pickups again, a very efficient service.”

“I was contacted several days before so new who was collecting me from Agadir airport,his photo,the type of vehicle and registration number. As a single female adult it is important to feel safe in a foreign country and using Welcome Pickups is a very safe and secure way to travel. I have used them four times now and would thoroughly recommend them.”

“Cenk Ozcelik picked us up from our hotel in Istanbul and Afe picked me up from IST, both were very professional, picked up up on time, replied straightaway if we were not sure about something overall a good service. Cars were clean. Reasonably priced.”

“This was my first time using Welcome Pickups & in 4 weeks in Europe & using Welcome numerous time I cannot speak more highly of them. Communication, service, vehicles, the drivers were all amazing. We even had a 3 hour trip & Samuel was so helpful, considerate & all trips were very safe & professional. Highly recommend & made our trip so stress free :-)”

“I use this service no less than 2 to 3 times a year. Never an issue and always a happy driver willing to share info about the location I flew to. Other family members also use it as well after my recommendation. Being picked up after a long flight into a luxury vehicle with a private driver works for me. I even have hired them to drive me for local tours as a guide. My Istanbul driver was knowledgeable and reliable. Had a great trip their Just a couple of weeks ago. But I go to Berlin a couple times a year and love the ability to communicate thru the Welcome APP. I find the company consistent and reliable. They are always part of my travels from Europe to South America!”

“I booked a Welcome Pickup for my granddaughter when she was going to Amsterdam for a semester of college. Arriving alone with 2 suitcases and a carry-on, I knew she needed to know exactly what to do to get a ride to her dorm. Welcome Pickups did exactly what they said they would do--email 4+ days ahead with driver's name/picture, and confirmation of pickup time. She knew where to find him with her name on a sign, he helped with luggage, and was friendly and helpful to a very tired young woman. Welcome Pickups was reliable and easy to work with.”

“The entire team was great, polite and organized. Within minutes of requesting a ride we received confirmation texts drivers name car type and phone number for 1:1 connections to drivers. Pleasant safe drivers, timely and knowledgeable of island. we used both gender drivers who were professional and kind their prices were terrific much lower hotel taxi’s also. thank you for a lovely experience ! We will be sure to call them next vacation to explore the island .”

“Driver was well on time and, as promised, showed up at the arrival gate (this concerned a trip to Stockholm) with a clear name sign. Taxi van was clean and we all fitted in. On our return trip, the same applied: taxi arrived on time, we were called to check that the pick up point was correct. No hesitations to recommend them.”

“We were picked up by Amalia at Madrid airport late in the evening. She was ready and waiting for us in the terminal and took our bags for us to the waiting car which was very close by. She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful and gave us some invaluable information for our short stay in Madrid. We would definitely recommend Amalia and Welcome Pickups. They gave us a great initial impression of Madrid and we welcomed Amalia’s recommendations for restaurant/tourist spots to visit, along with details of the metro system. Thank you Amalia!”
