“PRAGUE Holiday, Airport-Hotel, Hotel-Airport. I pre-booked in the UK via web well in advance, then downloaded app. I was given information of driver, licence plate, car etc via email, sms and app closer to holiday. My driver was the same for both journeys. Azamjon was very friendly and checked on my location when flight was due and kept in touch for return flight so I knew he was on his way. He told me about things we were traveling past during the ride, including the 25 meter long electric bus! It was much more than just a taxi ride, for me, it was a very big warm welcome to Prague. It was my first holiday and my first travelling alone so I was nervous but he was much more than a driver, he made me feel like I had a friend. I cannot express how thankful I am for his kind hospitality and if he is ever in the UK I would love to return the favour and show him around and have a drink together. Thank you Azamjon!”

“I needed to be at the airport in Rome for an early flight. I decided to give Welcome Pickups a try based on all the positive reviews and recommendations I had read online. I was not disappointed!!! It was very easy to book my needs online and I received a booking confirmation via email immediately. I was also notified via email with reminders regarding my pick-up and a description of the vehicle with plate number and my driver's name with a photo. I walked outside to wait for my driver 5 minutes before scheduled departure and my driver, Gaber Hussien was already there waiting for us. Gaber was so polite and friendly and even helped us with our luggage. He drove safely and professionally and got us to the airport with complete ease. What a great experience! Thank you!”

“I used this service on January 10 to get a ride from central Vilnius to the airport. Everything worked perfectly. I received a text and email the hours before the pickup, telling me who my driver was and how to contact him in case of any last minute problem. The driver was right on time and very professional. I have had bad experiences with taxi services in Vilnius in the past, and this was a completely different story. The service is highly recommended! Michael S. from the USA”

“Tomasz, the driver who picked me up was amazing! Very responsive and made sure that I waited at a safe area since I arrived earlier than the time I have indicated. He helped me with my luggages and communicated with me very well. He was professional and helpful.”

“My sisters and I did the Paris by night tour with our wonderful driver Asim Hassan Saeed. if I could give him 10 stars I would. He took us to local areas that we would not have been able to experience with a bus etc. He made sure that we saw the sites we were interested in and was great with the history of Paris. the price was great for a private tour and we highly recommend Welcome Pickups and especially Asim Hassan Saeed!”

“Brilliant service, used twice to and from Gare du Nord to our hotel this weekend, and drivers were excellent, friendly, professional, great drivers (have to be in that traffic!) and would have used more with more time. Felt very safe, good cars, great communication! Super service - thanks guys!”
