“Driver was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I have no problems whatsoever with him. However, the service itself is way overpriced. Instead of being conveniently picked up at the curbside and taken to your destination, you first have to walk to the bus stop, get on the bus, and drive to another parking lot some distance away. Mind you this is with a lot of luggage. Save yourself the time and money, just get a fixed price taxi from the line. It will be much more convenient and a fraction of the price. If anything, this service should cost LESS than the taxis given the incovenience in using it.”

“Only good. The driver was talking by phone all the travel. Not a good car. It was like a simple taxi. Poor service”

“I recently booked a return transfer from Ibiza to a villa. The initial booking was easy and I enjoyed receiving the confirmation email. What I didn't like was the very late driver allocation. It wasn't until a few hours before that we had the driver details both there and back and I must have rang over 5 times each way to chase these details. It didn't leave me much hope to be honest. However our driver both was lovely and very punctual. The minibus was very hot with no A/C but that's not a huge problem. I would book again knowing that the transfer did turn up both ways but I did not enjoy the waiting for confirmation considering I booked a few weeks in advance. The driver also changed 3 times each way on the day. All in all OK but could have been better. Wasted a lot of time ringing customer services.”

“Le service est un peu cher MAIS efficace (les 2 chauffeurs étaient à l'heure et aimables) Par contre pas moyen d'effectuer 1 changement après paiement. J'ai du téléphoner pour 1 changement d'horaire....Numéro francais (00 33) mais personne ne parle français.....donc il vaut mieux savoir parler anglais”

We are very sorry that we did not make you aware of why the price changed. Prices at this airport are different based on the day of the transfer. Since we follow all local laws regarding cost of airport transfers, we must also adjust our prices when dictated by the city. We are glad you enjoyed your transfer and we hope to see you again.

“my order no. 264804 - 1-Day Hop-On Hop-Off Barcelona Tour - .a voucher could not be printed. was not attached. we have only the confirmation and in the Tourist bus they have not accepted the confirmation and the could not verify our order, but we have not the phone at the welcome. After about an hour of unexpected contact with the welcome, unfortunately without success,they took us to the bus. only thanks to willingness of Tourist Bus people, we could see Barcelona. Never with Welcome ...”

“Was a mixup with my pickup, driver showed up hour late (Or hour early, was confusing with time differences) but had to book other taxi. Got a refund after asking, and driver back to airport at end of holiday was pleasant, early and went as planned. Fair price, I would say read the reviews instead of looking at stars, preset rating is 5 and you have to change it from that which many wouldn't see.”

“Unfortunately, we were let down on the day we arrived. They had not informed us they could not pick us up from the airport, until after we arrived! They did reimburse us for our full costs and offered a free return journey to the airport at the end of our holiday. The return journey was excellent, driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Welcome Pickups again.”
