Unfortunately, we were let down on the day we arrived. They had not informed us they could not pick us up from the airport, until after we arrived! They did reimburse us for our full costs and offered a free return journey to the airport at the end of our holiday. The return journey was excellent, driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Welcome Pickups again.
