Driver was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I have no problems whatsoever with him. However, the service itself is way overpriced. Instead of being conveniently picked up at the curbside and taken to your destination, you first have to walk to the bus stop, get on the bus, and drive to another parking lot some distance away. Mind you this is with a lot of luggage. Save yourself the time and money, just get a fixed price taxi from the line. It will be much more convenient and a fraction of the price. If anything, this service should cost LESS than the taxis given the incovenience in using it.
