my order no. 264804 - 1-Day Hop-On Hop-Off Barcelona Tour - .a voucher could not be printed. was not attached. we have only the confirmation and in the Tourist bus they have not accepted the confirmation and the could not verify our order, but we have not the phone at the welcome. After about an hour of unexpected contact with the welcome, unfortunately without success,they took us to the bus.
only thanks to willingness of Tourist Bus people, we could see Barcelona.
