I recently booked a return transfer from Ibiza to a villa. The initial booking was easy and I enjoyed receiving the confirmation email. What I didn't like was the very late driver allocation. It wasn't until a few hours before that we had the driver details both there and back and I must have rang over 5 times each way to chase these details. It didn't leave me much hope to be honest. However our driver both was lovely and very punctual. The minibus was very hot with no A/C but that's not a huge problem. I would book again knowing that the transfer did turn up both ways but I did not enjoy the waiting for confirmation considering I booked a few weeks in advance. The driver also changed 3 times each way on the day. All in all OK but could have been better. Wasted a lot of time ringing customer services.
