I used this service in Romania and lately in Paris, France. I am very happy to report that it is very helpful when arriving after a flight and the body/mind are tired.
The drivers are very respectful, knowledgeable, polite, and make the tourist feel welcome when arriving and/or going back from the hotel to the airport.
I would use this service again.
