We reserved them for a pickup at vancouver airport about a week ago. While we were in the air they sent me a text cancelling our pickup, which I received when we landed.
Because they were unreliable, I cancelled the return pickup for 8 days from now that I also booked. They charged me a 20% cancellation fee.
You can not rely on this business and I will never use them again
