We had a pick up scheduled for our arrival in Spain. Upon arrival, I knew an hour was not enough time to get to our driver (they set this time, not me)......3 international flights all landed at the same time and customs was backed up. I began chatting with our driver through the app. He assured me he would not leave us, that he understood and he would wait. When an hour hit, he messaged and said I am leaving and was gone. So, here we are in Spain, 100.00 paid and lost and no idea where to go or what to do. Is this really a way to run a business? Not to mention, I went ahead and cancelled the return booking and lost even more money. I plan to let our hotel know about this so they do not refer other guests to you and I also plan to leave reviews on any site I can about this company. What a way to arrive in Spain! Save your money and take the metro! 6.00 trip to our hotel via the metro.
