SHAMBOLIC company, please rethink using them.
I pre-booked a taxi, they were very inflexible about rebooking and forced me to cancel it, then refused to refund me. This isn't how you treat customers. On top of this, I had several encounters with their drivers insisting on looking at the phones at the wheel - not cool to text and drive.
Overall - not a good company
