We prepaid one week ago our transfer from the hotel to the Heathrow airport. 2 hours before our departure they cancelled the ride cause of no available drivers! We had to find a last minute cab and to catch our flight fully stressed !!! We were lucky we had extra money for the cab ( we wait for our money back the next 7 days …)
Don’t trust them !!!
