My first booking with Welcome Pickups went well. I booked for our ride over 2 weeks in advance. Received the driver info/contact number week before the trip. I did not have to send an email reminder regarding the trip. During the booking I typed in my flight info. My flight was earlier than sched and I was surprised that Mr. Panagiotis sent a timely welcome to Athens message and where to meet him. He was very detailed/very specific with photo attached as to where we will meet. Easy to follow directions. He was courteous, Knowledgeable (he shared some historical facts of the places we passed by) and most importantly punctual. His car was clean/spotless, awesome music, great navigation skills. Highly recommend his service. Using welcome pickup tomorrow, will definitely share our experience.
