I booked (and paid for) a transfer from the Cancun Airport to a hotel in Isla Mujeres.
Less than 24 hours before said transfer, the company that was actually going to do the transfer, contacts me to say they can't take me to the hotel but rather to the port where I would have to take a ferry boat ! They couldn't cancel it themselfes so I contacted Welcome just to learn that "we accepted the transaction by mistake". Just be careful when they accept your transaction. It may be a mistake ...
