Money grabbing company.
I made a round trip reservation (trips 3 days apart) but had to cancel within 5 hours. They charged me for both trips. I understand they would charge me for the first lag of the trip (since it was too close to the time) but to charge me for the second lag which was 3 days away was absurd.
Will be filing dispute through my bank
