I booked a taxi because I needed to be on time at train station to travel another city for funeral. My flight landed at 10:35 am and driver arrived 10:11 am. My train was at 10:35 and driver dropped me at station at 10:34 am. I loose my train because of him and was not able to attend funeral because of him. Worst experience, recommend get a taxi outside but not this.
I have already sent them a mail to give back my money but not responding.
