I used Welcome last year in Bangkok and it worked perfectly. This year I wanted to book for a group of 9 almost six months in advance and got a message that said:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from 12:30 to 14:30 on 27 Jul 2024, due to high demand.
Please, select a different time or consider other transportation options.
Have a wonderful stay in Bangkok. Haha.
WHY can't they hire more drivers if they know that 6 months in advance a transfer from DMK to BKK (1 hour) is not possible??????
