DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP.
Received my confirmation email but never received info on the driver.
Tried to contact them via email / chat / phone, but NOTHING worked.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
It amazes me how a company this bad is still in business.
