We had two experiences with Welcome. The ride from the port in Athens to the airport was excellent. The drive from Rome to Florence ended very poorly. The driver did not take us all the way to the hotel and gave us an inexcusable reason, and we had to pull our luggage a fair distance to get from the driver's car to the hotel. Fortunately we are physically fit, but I'm not sure what would have happened if we couldn't do that walk with our luggage.
