we booked it even though other companies like booking.com was cheaper. On arrival have to walk fair bit of distance including going to different level that wasn’t easy with kids and luggage. The driver itself was rude and we booked 8 bags but he was counting even th small hand bags and refused to take us to the hotel . After negotiations we have to pay extra 1400 TK as he called his friend to get another taxi
