After a 9 hr flight it was a relief to pick up our luggage, walk out and instead of fighting and waiting to get a taxi, see you name on a card being held by a smiling person that takes you bags, puts them in the car, opens the door for you and then drives your right to where you want to go. While in route gives you a tour and information about the city. We also used Welcome to pick us up at the hotel and take us to the port.
