We had a great experience with Welcome Pickups in Tokyo. Our driver AKIRA communicated with us a few days before our flight to introduce himself, and was in touch as soon as we landed. He was waiting at the airport with a sign. His service made transfer to our hotel after a long flight pleasant and easy.
