You have changed the driver and the type of the car I have paid for, without informing me in advance, while I was in the flight. I demand a refund as I paid for a different kind of car!
In addition I had to search for the driver 20 minutes in the heat outside the airport, and when I tried to contact your company by phone nobody replied. This was an abysmal experience. I will never use your company again!
