This company does not provide invoice. You need to get your invoice from driver, however driver cannot provide the invoice for the full amount you paid for your transportation, he can provide the invoice for only the amount which is paid to him by this company. You have to deal with the driver.
This is not normal, I booked from this company and this company should provide the invoice for the full amount which I paid.
