I booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel as my wife is 73, disabled, requiring wheelchair assistance and unable to stand in a taxi queue. When we arrived at the airport I received a message saying our transfer had been cancelled due to driver unavailability. This caused huge inconvenience and we were offered no compensation despite being a frequent customer.
