The online booking process is simple and confirmation by email is almost instant. I made a slight alteration to timings which was quickly accommodated and again confirmed by email. The driver arrived 10 mins early and announced his presence by text, he was pleasant and courteous and spoke good English. I will definitely use welcome pickups again as they have proved to be excellent.
