The driver was waiting for us with my name plate in the airport. He carefully pulled a cart, loaded our belongings in the Mercedes. While sitting in the car he presented us a welcome gift that includes two bottles of water and two token bags. After arriving at the hotel he unloaded our belongings and placed in the Hotel lobby. The driver was very gentle,polite and respectful. We were very satisfied with the service. Thank you.
