Friendly driver, my flight was 30 minutes delayed, yet the driver was still very friendly and welcoming and not upset at all. It was already past midnight when we arrived so we weren't sure if our hostel was going to open their doors, so the driver waited with us to make sure we got inside safely. He was also very fast (but still driving safely ofcourse), because he knew we were in a hurry.
