Highly recommend Welcome Pickups. We were 1st time visitors to Rome and this simplified things so much. After so many hours of travel and feeling jet lagged, the last thing we wanted to do was try to figure out the confusing train system in a foreign country. Some cities aren’t bad, but Rome is rather confusing and not well marked. Luciano was waiting with a sign that said our name in English, and had us delivered to our destination in 1/4 of the time. He spoke English and was very nice and professional. Very happy with our experience and will definitely be repeat customers!
